Share And Inspire 🙂
Our Story
“We have a group of 16 girls that were fundraising to help with fees that the team pays. Everything from paying umpires to bus transportation cost.
Our plan was for each girl on both teams to sell 10 tubs of cookie dough but some girls sold way more & some girls less, and some girls did not participate. We also offered a $25 dollar gift certificate to the girl with the most sales (which was over $400 worth).
We did our selling for about 3 weeks. Some girls were really determined to sell a lot and also had their parents help by selling at work.
If I could offer advice to other groups, it would be to keep participants and parents motivated, and if possible make participation a requirement.”
Their Game-Changing Ideas
- Set a minimum of 10 items for each group member to sell
- Parents brought brochures to work to sell
- Kept their group motivated and involved throughout the whole campaign
How great is that story? Check out the fundraiser they used!
